Shipping Carriers

We ship items via Hongkong Post, SF Express or direct delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders of HK$500 or more. HK$80 shipping charge will be added for orders under HK$500. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the checkout page.

Delivery Methods

Hongkong Post: They will arrange door delivery. For unsuccessful door delivery, postmen will issue notification card for mail collection according to the established procedures. The addressee can collect the item from designated post office.

SF Express(Door-to-door delivery): They will arrange door delivery. For details, please visit SF Express website for the SF Express's Terms and Condition of Carriage.

SF Express(Self-pick up): Pick up your items at SF Express Store or Locker. For details, please visit below for SF Express pick up locations.
SF Business Station / SF Store / SF Locker / SF Service Partner

Notes

Due to the epidemic situation, carriers may have their own special delivery arrangement. For details, please visit Hongkong Post and SF Express official website.
We will ship directly for any orders cannot be shipped by Hongkong Post or SF Express.
